The Lonesome River Band – Still Learning
Rural Rhythm Records has announced the new release, Still Learning by the Lonesome River Band.
Lonesome River Band is lead by the award-winning banjoist Sammy Shelor and is joined by: Brandon Rickman on guitar and lead vocals; Andy Ball on mandolin and lead vocals; Mike Hartgrove on fiddle and Mike Anglin on bass and vocals.
Rickman explains the meaning behind his original song, I’m Still Learning that was the inspiration for the title.
We all thought that this song really describes Lonesome River Band today. Learning something new every day and seeing things a whole new way has been the creative path and our attitude ever since the five of us got together – Brandon Rickman
