Adelaide based band The Cherry Pickers have been playing together for several years. The band consists of Mark Bandick on guitar, Lou Evangelists on mandolin, Rob Cooper on Dobro and Paul Cooper banjo with all members contributing to vocals.
Paul has let us know that the band has two gigs on this week, playing tomorrow night in the Adelaide Hills at the Bedford Hotel in Woodside. This is a regular gig taking in the first Tuesday of each month. The music starts at around 7:30pm. The band is also playing the Whitmore Hotel on Whitmore Square in the Adelaide CBD this Friday night. commencing at around 8:30pm.
The Whitmore is a recently renovated hotel and the new owner likes his Bluegrass, and is wanting to see if his punters agree – Paul Cooper.
