From 1:00pm to 3:00pm every Tuesday,Â Melbourne’s PBS – 106.7FM broadcasts Jan Dale’s Southern Style with an emphasis on Bluegrass Music, both traditional and contemporary. Jan also explores this music’s roots and influences through Old-Time American music and some Acoustic Blues, Cajun and Western Swing. Particular instruments such as the banjo or fiddle are often featured as are interviews with some of the genres’ leading exponents and in-studio live to air performances where possible.
