Bluegrass and Old-Time Picking in The Park
There will be another Picking in the Park bluegrass & old-time music jam on Sunday 5 March 2023 at Banjo Paterson Park, Punt Rd, Gladesville, 12 midday to 6pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Bring your stringed instrument, chairs, food, drinks, friends and family and join in the friendly open jams. There are some special guests attending includijng David Hoffmann and Randi Beckman from the US. David has played old-time fiddle forever, including playing in bands with the legendary Mac Benford.
Look for the jam on the middle level down the end, on the left under the trees. The park is a delightful spot, with water views, cooling breezes, shady trees, parking, toilets, accessible paths, barbecues and brush turkeys.
