Keillor First Prairie Home Companion Since Stroke

phc_castNews just in from MSNBC is that Garrison Keillor the host featured in A Prairie Home Companion has hosted his first broadcast since suffering a minor stroke nearly three weeks ago.

Keillor launched a new season of his popular public radio show Saturday night with a live broadcast from the Fitzgerald Theater in downtown St. Paul. The 67-year-old Keillor suffered a mild stroke on Labor Day and spent four nights in the hospital. He soon returned to work and said he had no plans to postpone the upcoming season of A Prairie Home Companion.
