Coff’s Harbour Church of Nazarene Seeks Gospel Band.
Do you play in a Gospel Bluegrass Band in or near the town Coff’s Harbour NSW? The Church of the Nazarene is seeking a Gospel band to help lead a service one Sunday morning.
Here is some backgropund that might be useful sent by Rev. Rodney Fox:
Our church service is a bit traditional – with a four-hymn sandwich program. But during the month of October each year, I attempt to have some guest musicians participate. Visiting musicians could come any time of year actually. The service is in my home, tall ceiling, and set up with chairs in a row and so on. No laying about in couches. We have a grand piano. The space is tight at the front. The room lends itself to small acoustic bands. We stream the service to a closed network of attendees. However, for a special service one or two fellowships without the Nazarene church would probably take a feed. It would be envisaged that I would preach – as usual. However, a more dynamic minister from our denomination may bring the message. The feed quality is good (I have previous television and audio engineering background with formal qualifications). I use Zoom as the carrier. We have three cameras and one feed from the computer for slides and information and pictures.
