Geoff Morris to Compere CD Release

Geoff Morris of Wall-To-Wall Bluegrass to compere CD Release in the USA.

Later this year he will be travelling to U.S.A. with Milo, his ten year old seeing-eye dog. On 24 September he will compere the live CD release concert of the Bluegrass Bands, Helping Hands Volume 3 in Dalton, Georgia. The sales of the CD will raise money for the 1600 children with special needs in Dalton / Whitfield County, Georgia, that don’t have a recreation facility especially for them.

This is the fulfilment of a dream which I truly never thought would ever come true, but thanks solely to the love and extraordinary generosity of David and Virginia Blood of the Mixt Company band, I’m off – Geoff Morris.

Geoff’s visit to the States will include the three days and nights of concerts by Bluegrass Hall of Fame members with their bands at the Bill Monroe Centenary Celebrations at the International Bluegrass Music Museum in Owensborough, Kentucky.

While he is in the heart of bluegrass country, Geoff will have the opportunity to broadcast his radio program, Wall-To-Wall Bluegrass to the world via worldwidebluegrass.com. The program can be heard each Tuesday from 10am (EST).Monday night (Kentucky).
