Foggy Mountain Music & Arts Festival is back in Kinglake

The small country town of Kinglake will come alive with music and art lovers gathering to experience some of the best musicians and artists at the 2023 Foggy Mountain Music and Arts Festival.

Held from Friday, 17th November to Sunday, 19th November 2023, Foggy Mountain Music and Arts Festival invites artists, musicians, art and music lovers to enjoy a weekend of creative experiences in a scenic setting. Supporting the economic redevelopment of the Kinglake Ranges, the 2023 Foggy Mountain Music a n d Arts Festival will showcase the best the region has to offer, in a family-friendly event with something fior everyone.

As well as performances in various local businesses throughout the town, the festival will offer plenty of choices for meals and provide affordable accommodation or camping. The weekend will include a Friday Art Show exhibition opening night, late night Bluegrass Cabaret Concert.

Saturday will continue with live music workshops, art demonstrations, multiple afternoon concerts and as evening approaches there is a country stye community bush dance including a 2-course meal. The bush dance will include an auction fundraiser to support Rotary Club of Kinglake Ranges Project Junior Sport Clubs in the community. A late night after party concert’ will close off the night.

Sunday offers a massive community BBQ lunch, kid’s activities, community concert showcasing the children of Kinglake performing their own songs accompanied by acclaimed Carter and Carter. The weekend starts winding down with the community beard competition, raising money for Beyond Blue. Sunday’s Twilight Concert features international musicians.

Foggy Mountain Inc. was founded in 2014 and established as an incorporated organisation in March 2015. It is the principal organisation responsible for running of the annual Foggy Mountain Festival held in the third weekend of November, in Kinglake, Victoria.
