First Australian Band to perform at European World of Bluegrass
Australia’s own Davidson Brothers have been invited to showcase at Europe’s premier bluegrass event, the European World of Bluegrass Festival in the Netherlands.
The EWOB Festival attracts bands from across Europe and the USA and will be held from 2nd to 4th June, 2011. Being the first Australian Group to perform at the EWOB festival, this will also mark the start of the Davidson Brothers very first European Tour.
Hamish & Lachlan will depart from Melbourne and travel with their band for two weeks entertaining audiences across The Netherlands as well as making an appearance in Germany at a two-day Bluegrass festival.
We are very much looking forward to meeting new fans – who may not speak English but speak bluegrass – taking in new surroundings, driving on the other side of the road and eating too many Kranskys – The Davidson Brothers.
The Davidson Brothers are surely in for a trip to remember and we wish them every success.
Thanks Gary!

Lachie
