The Music Majic Festival in Corryong, is scheduled for the 6th to 8th November. They have provided details of their program which can be downloaded here.
While the program appears to mainly focus on blues, folk and country music there is a 1 hour banjo workshop on the style of Ralph Stanley along with a Discover Bluegrass workshop both run by Howard Miller as part of the festival.
