Bluegrass Parkway Head to Victoria

Here’s some news from Bluegrass Parkway announcing dates for their upcoming Victorian tour.

Bluegrass Parkway are the longest continuously performing bluegrass band in Australia and currently celebrating 23 years in the business.  BGP holds the title as one of Australia’s best bluegrass bands which has seen them in demand at most of Australia’s folk and country music festivals along with festivals in New Zealand and more recently, a series of bluegrass festivals in the United States.

The Band features Paul Duff – mandolin, Maria Duff – bass, Wayne Perry – guitar, Mick O’Neill – banjo and Donal Baylor – fiddle.

  • 22nd March – Burrinja Cultural Centre. 351 Glenfern Road. Upwey
  • 24th March – The Penny Black. 8.30pm. As part of the Brunswick Music Festival. www.brunswickmusicfestival.com.au.

BGP will also be appearing at The National Folk Festival in Canberra on 20th to 25th April.

WA fans do not despair, as they head back west at the end of April to take in the famous Fairbridge Festival from 29th April to 1st May.
