Apply Now To Be On Stage At 2025 IBMA World of Bluegrass
Are you an international band ready to break out in the United States? The 2025 IBMA International Band Performance Grant Application is now open.
The IBMA established the International Band Performance Grant Program to help international bands gain exposure and expand their audience in the United States. The program is open to all non-U.S. bluegrass acts who wish to participate in 2025 IBMA World of Bluegrass on September 16-20, 2025, Chattanooga, TN) and a follow-up tour in 2026.
The grant awards $5,000 to a deserving non-U.S. band, selected by the IBMA International Band Performance Grant Steering Committee, and helps to defray the cost of travel. The 2025 recipient will be supported by the IBMA as they obtain visas, book performances, and network with industry professionals in the United States.
The IBMA team believes that it is important that it supports the international bluegrass community by bringing bands into the spotlight from around the world. If you are an international band serious about breaking out in the United States, please consider applying for the 2025 International Band Performance Grant.
