Curly’s 91st Birthday Celebration Online.
On Saturday, 4th December the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum presented a program celebrating Curly’s 91st birthday and 75th anniversary in music. Curly discussed the highlights of his career with host Kyle Cantrell of Sirius XM Radio, highlighted by classic photographs, audio and video clips. He performed several of his signature songs, with a stellar group of musicians. including Willis Spears on guitar and vocals, Johnny Warren on fiddle, Larry Perkins on banjo, guitar, and vocals, Tim Graves on Dobro, and Kent Blanton on bass, plus special guests Laura Cash, Roland White, and Jeff Hardin.
